China's textile sector is continuing to expand at a record pace. Total man-made fiber output reached a record 2,132,300 tons in June, which was up 20.77 percent from the previous year and up 4.53 percent from May. It also represented a new all-time monthly output record. September 2006 through June 2007 cumulative MMF output expanded 14.66 percent to 18.7891 million tons.
